For inquiries and downloads, IP addresses are stored only as HMAC-SHA-256 pseudonymous values derived with a secret key. Raw IP addresses in access logs are stored in a separate database restricted to administrators.
2. Retention and deletion
- Access logs: 90 days after collection
- Download logs: one year after collection
- Inquiry records: one year after completion
- Inquiry records moved to trash: 30 days
An automated daily cleanup deletes records after these periods. Records may be isolated and retained longer where applicable law requires it.
3. External services
The website uses Cloudflare Workers, Pages, D1, R2, and Turnstile to deliver content, process inquiries and downloads, and perform security verification. When an inquiry notification channel is enabled, it receives only the inquiry category, company/organization, subject, and an administrator link. Email addresses, phone numbers, and message bodies are not sent through notification channels.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your information. We will verify the requester before processing a request.
